Not just another pretty vibe. The Pearl 3 is a listener, a learner, and a total overachiever
I’ll admit it—I’ve been side-eyeing the Pearl line for a while. There’s something alluring about a toy that claims to “feel” you. Not just vibrate on command, but respond to your movements like it’s paying attention. When the Kiiroo Pearl 3 arrived, I was cautiously curious. I’ve tried touch-sensitive toys before, and let’s just say… the bar was low.
Spoiler: this one surprised me—in the best ways.

Before I even turned it on, the Pearl 3 had already charmed me. The silicone is that ideal kind of soft—silky without being slick—and the gentle curve of the shaft? Chef’s kiss for G-spot seekers. Add three raised nodules at the tip (more on those later) and a tasteful metallic accent at the base that actually helps with grip, and you’ve got a toy that feels both elegant and intentional.

This is not a flashy vibe. It’s thoughtful. Minimalist. A little mysterious. And the moment it’s in your hand, you know it was made with internal pleasure in mind.
Even when powered off, the Pearl 3 gives off that quiet confidence—a kind of design language that says, “I know what I’m doing.”
🧠 The Smart Stuff: Touch Sensors That Actually Work
The real standout here is the AI-powered touch responsiveness. I know. It sounds like marketing fluff. But there are sensors all along the back of the shaft’s tip, and they actually work. The toy knows when it’s inserted. It knows when you squeeze it. It reacts.
I tested this in a few ways: gentle Kegels, squeezing it with my hand, thrusting slowly and then quickly. In every case, the toy pulsed or intensified in a way that felt intuitive—like it was listening. Compared to older Kiiroo toys (I’m looking at you, Fuse), the Pearl 3 feels like a major glow-up. It’s subtle, but powerful.
I honestly didn’t expect to have so much fun experimenting with this mode. It became less about “press button, feel buzz” and more about how I could engage with it dynamically. It encourages exploration, which is half the pleasure.
That said, this feature isn’t essential to my play. It’s fun, and I see lots of potential for hands-free edging or teasing games… for me, it’s what I’m here for! This of course is not a necessity for everyone, and it’s great without it!
📲 App Control That Doesn’t Suck (Hallelujah)
The FeelConnect app is, honestly, a pleasant staple for me at this point. I’ve struggled with janky Bluetooth connections in the past, but the Pearl 3 connected quickly and stayed connected without issue. From the app, you (or a partner!) can control the vibe in multiple ways:
- Manual slider
- Patterned pulses
- Sound-reactive mode (think music or moans)
- Long-distance synced play
And if you’re the kind of person who likes to lay back while someone else takes the wheel? You’re going to enjoy this.
If you’re in a long-distance relationship—or just like giving up control—this toy shines here. It’s also compatible with VR content and interactive videos, though that’s not my thing personally. Still, the flexibility is impressive.
Navigation is clean, and the UI feels intuitive. It only takes a few taps to go from “I’m in control” to “you take over.” And isn’t that half the fun?
💓 The Vibes: Not Rumbly, Not Buzzy… Just Right
Let’s talk sensation. The Pearl 3 doesn’t go ultra-deep like a wand, but it’s also not a surface-level buzz. It hums somewhere in the middle—a balanced vibration that pairs beautifully with the toy’s shape. It feels… efficient. Targeted. Made for the job it’s doing.
The power button cycles through modes in a fun little order:
- Touch-responsive mode
- Steady low
- Medium
- High
- Two preset patterns (and wow, those patterns get it)
The patterns, in particular, really worked for me. They’re not the chaotic “what is this even trying to do” types. These are rhythmic, pulsing, deeply satisfying—perfect for edging or building to a strong, internal climax.
And if you’re like me, the right pattern at the right time can tip you over in seconds. The Pearl 3’s got a couple of those. Bless.
🔋 Practical Stuff: Battery & Bath Time
Charging is via USB and takes about two hours. That gives you around three hours of use, which is more than enough for me (and trust me, I tried to drain it).

It’s also completely waterproof, and I’ve taken it into the bath with zero issues. Cleanup is easy, and the silicone doesn’t attract dust or lint like some others do—thank the toy gods.
Bonus: that waterproofing makes it super easy to clean with warm water and soap. It’s got crevices to worry about around its nodes but nothing you can’t swipe with a fingertip, no awkward drying angles. Just rinse, pat dry, and it’s good to go again.
💡 Those Little Extras
The tactile bumps at the tip are subtle but effective. They create a really unique sensation when rubbed against the G-spot—sort of like extra texture without being pokey or awkward. If they weren’t there, I wouldn’t miss them—but having them? It’s a lovely little bonus.
VR syncing, tipping controls for performers, long-distance partner syncing—these are cool features that I can imagine being amazing if that’s your world. For me, they’re like an optional side quest. Not the main storyline, but still worth exploring.
I’ll probably keep playing with the app controls and partner sync features, just to see what kinds of games we can invent.
✅ Final Thoughts
The Pearl 3 is a toy I’ll reach for again—and not just because it’s “smart.” It’s comfortable, powerful, and personal. It adapts to you, rather than asking you to adapt to it. Whether you’re into long-distance play, self-exploration, or just love toys that do a little extra, this one delivers.
It’s rare to find a toy that feels as intelligent as it is intimate—but this one comes close.
🔥 My Score: 4 out of 5 stars
This toy is sexy, smart, and satisfying. If the future of pleasure looks like this, sign me up.

It has been a while since Lovense released their Nora toy, but since I still get regular and enjoyable use out of mine I decided it was overdue for some well deserved praise.
