As we usher in a brand new year, it is customary to reflect back on the past one, reminiscing on moments, memories, and milestones that made the year memorable. So as we get ready to kick off 2024, we’re going to look back at the products that added a dash of pizzazz to our personal lives in 2023. From lube to sex toys to what we’re looking forward to next year, buckle up for a spicer version of your year in review.

Cake Toy Wonder

Cake is one of our favorite brands because they consistently produce high quality lube and affordable toys. But if I had to pick just one lube from their wide offering it would be Toy Wonder because it is so versatile. Toy Wonder is a water based lube designed for sex toys. That means it is designed to stay where you put it instead of dripping all over your sheets. And if your toy session becomes some hot and steamy partner play? Uberlube Silicone Lube

Uberlube Silicone is our very favorite lube. It is made in the USA, and held to very high standards because it is actually registered with the FDA. Uberlube is completely free of animal products, parabens, alcohol, glycerine, scents and flavors so you don’t have to worry about anything. And this stuff seriously lasts forever, I’ve had a second round after falling asleep and this stuff was still doing the job. Lovense Domi 2

Wand vibrators are a classic for a reason and we think the Lovense Domi is one of the best examples out there. Lovense Lush 3

The Lovense Lush is my favorite all around toy for its versatile abilities. It has a powerful motor that can be controlled by one of the best smart toy apps out there for long distance or hands free play, but that is honestly just the cherry on top. This toy wins for me because it sports a teardrop shape covered in soft body safe silicone, it’s designed to be an insertable and wearable discreet bullet vibe. This toy is loads of fun to wear while out and about (but maybe not to the library), doing chores, or just hanging out with your partner and the fun of them having the controls. Arcwave Ghost Stroker

The Arcwave Ghost really impressed me and is currently my go to option for a manual stroker. It was originally only purchased because it was so cheap but then the sensations really surprised me. Lovense Max 2

The Lovense Max 2 earns my recommendation for best men’s smart toy in 2023. It has been around a while so it doesn’t have the most innovative tech available but I doubt your penis cares about that. But what it does have is one of the best app experiences available. If you want to try long distance with your partner, or get pleased by someone else online, the Lovense Max 2 is the toy to beat.

Honorable Mentions

Kiiroo Pearl

Kiiroo has updated a toy that we have had our eyes on for a while and released the new Pearl 3. The new version adds additional battery life and makes the touch sensitive mode even better by extending the sensitivity to almost the entire toy. That means that the more pressure the toy senses from your body, the more it vibrates! And it can pair up to the Kiiroo app and sync to other FeelConnect enabled toys for some fun long distance sex. Kiiroo Keon and PowerBlow

The Kiiroo Keon has been out for a while and I’ve had my eye on it, but with the recent release of the PowerBlow I finally gave in. The Keon takes Kiiroo’s FeelStroker and turns it into an automatic stroker. The PowerBlow turns the FeelStroker into a throat goat, with automatic suction that can sync to the motions of the Keon as well. Kiiroo also has an AI powered sync to video and remote sync to a partner. We’ll be reviewing the Kiiroo Keon and Kiiroo Powerblow very soon.

Arcwave Ion

Arcwave excited everyone when they released the Ion. The Ion brings the same air pulsing technology that has been pleasing clits around the world direct to your dick. This sensation is totally unlike anything you’ve felt before, so it does take some getting used to, but if you’ve ever seen a woman playing with one of those air pulsing toys you know just how effective it can be. We’ve seen a lot of buzz about the Eva from Dame. It promises to be a clit vibe that is wearable during sex. It has a neat way of wearing it without needing anything inside you, something that we’ve had some issues with on toys like those from We-Vibe.
