Intimate Resolutions for 2024

As we wave goodbye to the previous year, we look forward to the next with a sense of anticipation, refreshed energy, and often a list of resolutions. While we often focus on health, self-improvement, or personal finances, we rarely consider our intimate and sexual relationships. That’s a shame because, at least for me, “have more orgasms” sounds a lot more fun than “walk 10 thousand steps a day”! So let’s change that and set some deeply personal goals for 2024. I’ll get you started with a list of things I’ve come up with and then I’ll give some advice for setting your own personal resolutions.
