Ladies around the world rejoice, Lovense has FINALLY released a clit sucker! It’s about damn time 😭 Lovense has paired their amazing app with the clit sucking stimulation that has women raving and I am here for it.

Lovense is one of my favorite brands and I have been waiting a long time for them to develop their own clit sucker. Other brands have had their own spin on the clit sucker on the market for a while now but I’ve been waiting for Lovense for one reason, their app. So when I saw them release the Tenera, I had to jump on it. I was expecting it to be fun, but it was even more than I expected.

First Impressions

Right off the bat, there are just some things that Lovense is always winning at. Gloriously sturdy and discrete packaging? Check and check. They place the packaged toy inside an unmarked brown cardboard box and you just can’t get any more discreet than that. As usual, the toy comes with a manual, a USB charging cable and a storage bag. At this point I’ve invested in a larger storage set up 😂 but the bag is always useful for travel and I save the manuals in them and store them with the toys.

The toy is made of their standard body-safe silicone which is smooth without being sticky or slippery. Lovense has also FINALLY decided to try a new color scheme. Honestly I really hate hot pink, it’s my least favorite color and there is just nothing discreet about hot pink. 🤣 The Tenera comes in a soft pink and blue ombre and I just LOVE IT. 😍

The magnetic charging connections are towards the base and not easily confused with the two raised buttons towards the top that control the toy without the app. The buttons will give you 3 speeds and a few patterns, but you can have complete control at your fingertips in the app.

The app offers a remote with a slider, patterns premade and the ability to record your own. This toy is also capable of long distance control (meaning from literally anywhere with cell service) your partner can connect to your toy from their work trip. 😈 The Tenera can also be used in the app with other toys through Lovense’s sync option, so pair it up with your Gemini, Lush, Hush. Or have a fantastic time and try all of the above. 🥴 It can also sync with your partners toys and you can play together, or with each other when you are apart. ❤️

How It Feels

The Tenera does have two sensations, vibration and suction. Unfortunately it appears to only have one motor, this means you can not control the sensations separately. I do wish the toy could do suction with lower vibration and controlling them separately would offer endless patterns to make. It seems like a missed opportunity, but the toy still feels great!

Against my hand, I can feel the suction is quite strong, but in use I often don’t feel the suction much because of the vibration, but I believe that’s more of a me specific thing. 😳 I always find it a little awkward to hold most clit suckers, but this one fits comfortably in my hand and is much easier to maneuver than others I have tried.

While the Tenera only has one motor, it is still quite powerful. The app allows you to set a maximum strength if you find you prefer your partner didn’t turn it up that high. Despite this power, the Tenera is deceptively quiet. Not home alone? No problem! I estimate the Tenera to be one of the quietest toys I own. I have zero concerns about this toy being heard. According to Lovense; at max the toy peaks at 43dB, which is just barely above a gentle rain. I’d have to agree with them.

This toy has a great battery, which I’m honestly coming to expect from Lovense at this point. I can use it for extended play sessions and find it can go for around an hour. If I use it for a short session and turn it off until next time, I can get 4 or 5 play sessions out of it on a single charge. Lovense claims the toy works for around 70 minutes continuously, takes 70 minutes from dead to a full charge, and can sit in standby mode for an ungodly amount of time (I’m not testing that one 🤣). In my experience, they are usually correct. ❤️

Hands On

Using it is fairly easy, it connects quickly to the app, or you can use the buttons on the actual toy which are well within the reach of the fingers on the same hand you are holding the toy with. This leaves your other hand free for… extracurriculars. 😈

The mouth of the clit sucker looks like it might be a little hard, but when you press it to you, it’s actually almost perfect, with just enough give to create a really good seal for suction. It’s also a little thicker around the edge which is nice to keep things from becoming too sensitive and the mouth is gently tapered which makes it easy to keep it in the right spot.

Worth It?

At about $130 dollars the Tenera isn’t exactly a cheap toy but I do believe the value is there compared to similar toys from We-Vibe, Satisfyer, or Womanizer. Obviously it is more expensive than the generic “Rose” toys out there for about $50 bucks and if you’re just looking for a quick fun time those are fine. But Lovense brings their amazing app and community that nobody else can match. Seriously, no other toy offers such a seamless experience when playing with others.

All in all I have to say the Tenera is A-maz-ing! It has the Angel seal of Approval! 🍓😇
